Biography
Sarah Genereux has been tattooing professionally for 15 years. She was born and raised on the east coast in New Jersey. Her passion for art started at a very young age. She attended Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, PA for a few years but quickly realized tattooing was her passion. She had a traditional apprenticeship of 2000 hours under another female tattooer while simultaneously working for a tattoo supply company drawing flash and working in various parts of the company as part of the apprenticeship. She had to learn how to make her own needles, put together tattoo machines, and power supplies.
Her love for surfing and warm weather brought her here to the west coast in 2007. She’s been tattooing here ever since. She considers herself a versatile artist and enjoys working on pieces in various styles. Her passions are being a great mom to her children (hence her odd schedule), surfing, all forms of art, and obviously tattooing.
