Thank you to all of my clients for the many years of support.
Most of you who that have been in contact with me over the last 4 years have booked thru my previous assistant. That position was terminated nearly 4 months ago. Since than I have hired our new assistant Jorge. He has been with us at Remington Tattoo for the last couple of months. Contrary to what some of you might have been told I am actively taking appointments. I have not stopped.
With that said I know waiting a year for your tattoo can seem like a very long time. However the tattoo you receive will last far longer than that. I’ve been very lucky to have so many repeat clients over the nearly 15 years I’ve been tattooing and I greatly appreciate all of your support. I will always look forward to tattooing all of you. This goes for future clients as well.
The reality is that you all have supported my living and of course most recently the success of my shop. I can not explain how greatly I value that. Some people might argue that a year is too long to wait. I personally think in the span of a tattoo and it’s longevity it’s rather short. Some of you might argue that it is expensive… This is a really up to you. I will say that I’ve have acquired a particular knack for tattooing quickly and efficiently. You always have the choice of going to a slower less efficient and often less skilled person if you prefer.
I am aware of cost and because of that I always round my time and cost in my clients favor. I’m very mindful of the fact that I sell something that honestly nobody needs the fact is tattoos are a luxury. Many people I believe are marking themselves at a point in their life where it has a far deeper meaning and need than a simple picture on their skin. I don’t know what that is worth to everybody, but I’m fairly certain bargain hunting on your tattoo can often lead to a regrettable decision. There is a reason I’ve acquired a long wait period, I’d like to believe it’s because I’m doing something right.
